TWIST360º, produced in conjuction with TWIST film festival and Oculus, was the first-ever queer immersive media festival exploring the intersection of queer culture, art, cinema and technology. The program featured an international VR shorts program; 3 days of body swapping in the live VR art experiment The Machine To Be Another; a conversation with indie cinema & VR pioneer Rose Troche about her journey of moving from traditional cinema into VR; and the TWIST360º Bootcamp to train 15 queer artists in the fundamentals of 360º immersive video.
